Are you a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Director to lead our HR operations with integrity, innovation, and strategic insight? Are you a decisive, data-informed leader with a proven ability to manage people programs that foster equity, efficiency, and engagement?
Partnership for Strong Families, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to play an instrumental part in advancing our mission through effective people management and a culture of continuous improvement. This leadership role is responsible for directing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring organizational compliance, and aligning talent strategies with agency goals. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with strategic priorities and workforce planning.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; serve as the agency’s EEOC and Section 504 Coordinator.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate HR policies and programs, identify trends, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes that support a high-performing, mission-driven workforce.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least five years of HR management-level experience, with a successful record of leading people operations and programs.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance, with experience serving as an EEOC or ADA/504 Coordinator (or similar role).
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, data reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid Florida driver’s license at the time of hire.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.

- Sound judgment in navigating complex employee relations matters, investigations, and organizational change.
- Leadership that fosters a positive workplace culture, values accountability, and supports the professional growth of HR staff.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually
