Partnership for Strong Families (PSF) is seeking an Executive Assistant/Internal Communication Specialist to join our organization.  You will serve as a strategic partner to the President & CEO and play a central role in advancing organizational alignment, communication, and operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO.
  • Lead and manage internal communications across the agency.
  • Support executive leadership coordination and agency-wide initiatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement through clear, consistent, and mission-driven communication.
  • Oversee special projects that strengthen organizational culture and operational alignment.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of executive-level administrative experience.
  • Experience in internal communications, organizational development, or corporate communications strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in complex organizations preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools preferred.
  • Possession of a valid, State of Florida driver’s license to operate the motor vehicle operated; Requirement exists at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment.

  • Clear communication skills, written and verbal, representing the executive professionally with employees, clients, and partners.
  • Advanced scheduling and coordination (calendars, travel, meetings, events) using modern tools and platforms.
  • Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • High organization and time management, including prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Location:  Gainesville, FL

Salary Range: $21.63 to $24.04 an hour
