Joey is a strong willed, thoughtful, caring teenager. She enjoys doing hair and keeping up with fashion trends. Joey wants to be an entrepreneur and would need support to help her meet her educational aspirations. Joey describes her ideal family as either a single female or two parent home. She would do well as the only child. Joey would like an active family that enjoys going on outings. Her family would also permit her to continue communication with her foster connections.

We can help change the lives of many children and teens.

A hallmark of PSF’s system of care is our belief that child abuse is preventable. We have found that by providing resources and supports to families in need on the front end, many can avoid reaching the crises that lead to formal child welfare involvement functions.
