Partnership for Strong Families, Inc. is seeking a Foster Care Licensing Analyst to join our team. This is more than a job—it’s a mission to strengthen families, safeguard children, and support foster caregivers every step of the way. This position reports to the Level II Licensing Supervisor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate foster care referrals and complaints involving licensed foster homes and report findings in FSFN.
  • Develop and oversee corrective action and safety plans for Level I, II, and V foster homes.
  • Monitor data trends related to foster care concerns and institutional abuse reports.
  • Support and re-license Level II foster homes in alignment with DCF and PSF guidelines.
  • Facilitate STAR, Orientation, and PRIDE trainings for potential foster caregivers.
  • Conduct quarterly home visits and provide ongoing caregiver support and crisis response.
  • Participate in court hearings, staffing meetings, and multidisciplinary discussions.
  • Prepare comprehensive home studies and assist with caregiver input documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience relevant experience in child welfare preferred —or equivalent experience required or related field
  • Certification as a Child Welfare Case Manager or Protection Professional or eligibility.
  • Must obtain STAR Instructor Certification within 12 months of hire
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

  • Skilled in conflict resolution, able to address difficult situations with professionalism
  • Respectful but firm, balancing empathy with accountability
  • Extroverted and approachable, comfortable engaging with diverse families and community members on a daily basis

Salary Range: $24.74 to $25.98 an hour

Location:  Gainesville, FL
