  • Check voice mail daily and forward messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet Resource Center patrons, ensuring they are treated with dignity and feel welcomed and supported.
  • Provide basic assistance to patrons, including brief needs assessments, follow-up, and support with online applications or resource connections, under the guidance of the FRC Manager.
  • Support the Resource Center staff with data entry, reports, and patron follow-up, as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational facility.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

Child abuse is preventable
We can help change the lives of many children and teens.

A hallmark of PSF’s system of care is our belief that child abuse is preventable. We have found that by providing resources and supports to families in need on the front end, many can avoid reaching the crises that lead to formal child welfare involvement functions.
