We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Adoption Case Managers to join our Gainesville office. The ideal candidates will be articulate, compassionate, and ambitious—individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong time management skills, and have previous experience with adoption processes or child welfare. Success in this role requires a self-motivated professional who takes initiative, invests in their work, and remains focused under pressure.

What You’ll Do:
- Case Management: Oversee the adoption process for children and families, ensuring timely and thorough case progression.
- Assessment & Matching: Conduct evaluations to identify the best possible family placements, prioritizing long-term stability.
- Time Management & Organization: Manage multiple cases efficiently, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements with precision.
- Communication & Advocacy: Serve as a strong advocate for children, articulating their needs and ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with foster families, adoptive families, legal professionals, and community partners.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance, education, and resources to adoptive families, preparing them for a successful transition.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (required).
- Experience: Child welfare or adoption case management (preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Certification: State of Florida Child Protection Certification and a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range: $22.49 to $24.04 hourly
