Partnership for Strong Families, Inc. is seeking an Academic Enrichment & Support Coordinator to join our SWAG Family Resource Center team. As the Academic Enrichment & Support Coordinator, you’ll lead the implementation of SWAG’s Academic Success and Enrichment Program, serving local youth with tailored learning activities and academic support. This position will report directly to the SWAG Resource Center Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for K–12 students
  • Collaborate with schools and families to monitor student progress
  • Build trusted relationships with parents, caregivers, and partner agencies
  • Act as a liaison with local schools, collaborating with partner agencies, and building positive relationships with parents/caregivers
  • Serve as an on-site family support coordinator at the Child Center for Early Learning (10–15 hrs/week)
  • Coordinate volunteers and track program data and student outcomes

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Education or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience relevant experience in child welfare, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • An understanding of child development and risk factors that may lead to child abuse and neglect.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driver’s license, and accessibility to reliable transportation.

Location:  Gainesville: SWAG Family Resource Center and Child Center for Early Learning

Salary Range: $22.49 to $23.08 an hour
