Join Our Team as a Community Engagement Specialist!

Partnership for Strong Families (PSF) is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our passionate team and help us make a difference in the lives of children and families across 13 counties in North Central Florida.
What You’ll Do:
As the CES, you’ll collaborate with our Director of Development and Engagement to promote PSF’s mission and services an elevate PSF’s visibility and impact. You’ll manage our social media presence, represent PSF at community events, lead donation drives and special initiatives, and build partnerships that expand our reach and impact. From crafting compelling messaging to coordinating strategic communications, you’ll play a vital role in growing our network of support and enhancing community awareness of our programs.
- Develop engaging social media content and manage platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Represent PSF at community meetings and networking events.
- Coordinate impactful initiatives, including our Wish Upon a Star and Back-to-School Drive
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and donors.
- Assist in creating newsletters, promotional materials, and grant proposals.
- Lead Children’s Partnership Council meetings and support strategic outreach efforts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online interactions and inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Proven skills in social media management and content creation.
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A proactive personality with a passion for making a difference.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and experience with grant writing a plus.
- A valid Florida driver’s license.

Salary Range: $20.44 to $21.47 an hour ($42,524.53 to $44,650.76 annually)
