Upper management receives the same benefits package that is available to all employees which includes a portion of paid medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short term disability and long term disability insurance. Each member of the upper management team is assigned a cell phone for work purposes and may use the phone for personal calls. The company has a 401K plan that matches an employee’s contribution up to three percent of the employee’s salary and then one half percent for the employee’s contribution up to five percent of the employee’s total salary. Partnership for Strong Families does not provide bonuses or incentive payments to its staff, including executive leadership.
