Amanda Elliott – Resource Center Manager
Amanda accepted the position of SWAG Family Resource Center Manager in 2014 and enjoys the many responsibilities and opportunities that the position offers. She has worked for Partnership for Strong Families since 2012 and has partnered with families over the past 10 years to ensure that they have the support and resources needed to sustain or improve family functioning and resiliency. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing creative activities from cooking to crafts, and traveling.
Karly Bell – Family Support Facilitator
As the Family Support Facilitator, Karly Bell enjoys working with patrons who are focused on their goals. Whether someone is hoping to obtain their GED or searching for a new job, breaking big dreams into small steps increases motivation and success. Karly has a passion for working with youth and engaging community members. Karly has a dual degree as a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Education Specialist (Ed.S.), with experience in community and school based prevention efforts. In her spare time, Karly enjoys spending time with her family, playing and coaching volleyball, and working with youth at her church.
Serve as a volunteer or intern – SWAG Family resource Center is continually looking for volunteers and/or interns who are seeking to gain first-hand knowledge of our center and how we provide direct services to families. We are always in need of volunteers/interns who have experience and interests in the areas of engaging children and families, program development, event planning, community outreach functions and clerical/administrative responsibilities.
