Aaron

Aaron - 17 years old

Aaron is a bright child who loves to talk. He has lots of energy and enjoys football, biking, running and outdoor activities like camping, fishing and hunting. He enjoys southern food and collects NASCAR and NFL paraphernalia. His favorite driver is Dale Earnhardt, Jr. He gets along with adults and can carry on easy conversations with girls but feels he doesn't know how to act around other children. His caregivers say he is a delightful kid with a bright future. Aaron is actively seeking a family of his own and hopes he will be adopted soon.


Alexander

Alexander - 11 years old

Alexander, also known as “Alex,” is a charming nine year old boy.  Like most young boys, Alex loves to ride his bike and play outside.  He is very active and curious.  His current caregiver reports Alex is very intelligent and has a lot of potential.  Alex loves to give hugs to his current caregivers and enjoys receiving attention. He would most benefit from a family who will be patient, loving and understanding with his needs.


Alexander

Alexander - 17 years old

Alexander enjoys skateboarding, playing with his X-box 360 and spending time with his friends. Even though he's a picky eater, he enjoys any type of pasta, especially macaroni and cheese. He has a wonderful imagination and loves science. Alexander needs a permanent family filled with love and encouragement.


Champagne

Champagne - 14 years old

Energetic, lovable, bright and outgoing, Champagne has a smile that can light up a room. Despite some setbacks and disappointments, Champagne is determined to make the most out of every situation and is especially eager to share her love for life with a “forever family.”  Champagne is very outgoing and has an extremely positive attitude, finding the fun and bright side in every situation.  Enjoying singing and dancing, she is a member of the church choir and Praise Dance Team.  She is big sports fan, especially when it comes to basketball.  A natural leader, Champagne is very helpful and loves people. She knows the right family is out there for her, and she can’t wait to be adopted.  When asked what type of family she wants, Champagne responded, “a mom and a dad, or just a mom …someone who will love and accept me for me.”


Chrissy

Chrissy - 16 years old

Chrissy is a very outgoing young lady who loves being the center of attention. She often changes the color of her hair. She is a bright student who enjoys attending school. Chrissy likes to take long walks on the beach and listen to her music. Other hobbies are writing poetry, which she does when she is feeling sad.  Chrissy needs a family who is strong and supportive. The family should be committed to her and understanding of her needs. Chrissy would love to have siblings.


Christopher

Christopher - 14 years old

Christopher "Cody" is a boy with dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Cody enjoys swimming and playing football. When playing football, he likes to be the quarterback. When asked what type of home and family he would like, Cody replied he just wanted to have a home. Cody described having a nice house with a garden, shed and a family that takes him places. Cody enjoys eating healthy foods such as broccoli. However, Cody enjoys McDonald's as well. Cody's favorite subjects in school are science and math. Cody described himself as funny and distracted at times. He is also described as being affectionate, sweet, loving and "a big teddy bear."


Cyrus

Cyrus - 11 years old

Cyrus is a young boy with beautiful brown eyes and brown hair. Cyrus enjoys playing with toys and loves board games. He has a smile that will light up any room. He is very playful, relates well with others and he loves when he is the center of attention. Although young in age, Cyrus has faced many obstacles in his life. He needs a family who knows sign language and can assist him with his medical needs and appointments. Cyrus deserves a family who will commit to loving, supporting and nurturing him for a lifetime.


Dalton

Dalton - 14 years old

Quite the storyteller, Dalton has a great sense of humor and likes hanging out with his friends and going to the YMCA. He loves to play video games but also enjoys being active. He plays basketball and soccer and loves swimming. He is fond of dogs and cats and would love to have a dog to play with. When relaxing, he likes to listen to music on his mp3 player. One of his favorite foods is pizza, and he enjoys a piece of candy every once in a while. Though he struggles with school, he has improved his grades with extra support.  He has an older brother, and it's important that they  remain connected and can visit with each other. Dalton needs a family that would advocate for his educational needs and take him to necessary therapy appointments. He would benefit from a structured, stable, loving family willing to be flexible to meet his individual needs. His main wish in life is to be adopted and have a family of his own.


Deja

Deja - 12 years old

Deja is a very happy child, and she's almost always in high spirits! Her caregivers describe her as "fun-loving" and a child who "goes with the flow." She rarely fusses, unless she's tired or hungry. She loves all kinds of different foods! While Deja needs a lot of one-on-one attention and assistance with her daily needs, she continues to make steady, consistent progress with her current foster family. Deja learns a lot from her teachers and other adults in her life. She deserves a family with patience and lots of love.


Dillon

Dillon - 17 years old

Dillon is full of life, energy and curiosity. He is an active, good-natured young man with a delightful personality. Dillon likes fishing, swimming and dancing. He enjoys taking pride in his personal appearance and will be the first person to jump in front of a camera! Dillon is ready to belong to a family and share in the lives of those who will offer him the chance to learn and grow while accepting him for who he is.


Eric

Eric - 12 years old

Eric is a young man who likes to dress well. He loves looking good in his button down shirts, fancy jeans and dress shoes. He can be quiet and reserved or quite expressive. Eric likes to play video games, watch television, listen to Michael Jackson, play basketball, draw and go to church. He is need of a two parent household in which he can benefit from a positive male role model.  He will need a family to be patient with him as he grows and learns and who will be involved in his counseling.  He would also like to remain in contact with his two brothers who have already been adopted.


Gabriel

Gabriel - 17 years old

Gabriel is an young man with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a keen interest in gems and minerals and has a large collection in his room. He would like to mine gems or learn to become a gemologist. He has also talked about wanting to work at a video game store. He likes video games, computer activities, card games, pottery making and comic books. He enjoys music, particularly rap music. He loves to ride his scooter, but otherwise does not particularly like the outdoors. He enjoys going to church weekly. He also participates in tae kwon do three times a week. Gabriel needs a strong and supportive family that is fully invested in participating in therapy, school and vocational activities. He would do best as an only child so that his family can focus on his needs. He would benefit from a strong male role model in his life. He will need continued assistance as an adult to ensure his success and well-being.


Germele

Germele - 12 years old

Germele is an African American boy.  He has brown eyes and black hair. He loves to eat, and sweets are his favorite food. He likes to play outdoors, and he loves music. He plays the trumpet in a community Christian band. Germele likes to draw; his favorite drawings are marine life, especially fish. Germele is a loving, sweet child with a good attitude, very affectionate and appreciative.


Heath

Heath - 10 years old

Heath is a curious child and has a vivid imagination. Heath needs permanency in his life and a family that is willing to offer him the support and unconditional love that he needs and deserves. Heath can be a challenge a times, however, Heath enjoys helping out and playing outside. Heath has experience a great deal of trauma in his life and needs an environment that can offer him structure and stability.


James

James - 14 years old

James has curly brown hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. Friends of James describe him to be funny but quiet at times. Some of his favorite foods include: pizza, spaghetti, chicken alfredo, fried chicken, corn, beans, apples and bananas. James enjoys going fishing, to the movies and to the skate park. He also likes watching action movies and playing on the X-box.


Jennifer

Jennifer - 16 years old

Jennifer has wavy brown hair and brown eyes. She is described as an outgoing and chatty girl.  She likes to watch TV, play on the computer and listen to music. She also likes to read and put puzzles together. She would like to be a doctor when she grows up. She needs a family with understanding and patience who is committed to helping her become a young adult. She has cognitive delays and will need a family who can advocate for her educational needs. She needs a supportive family who will provide her with structure, consistency and love.  At this point in time she does not have the necessary skills to live on her own when she becomes an adult and will need a family who can provide her with continued support and guidance in her early adulthood.


Joseph

Joseph - 13 years old

Joseph is described as quiet and funny. He likes to play video games, ride bikes and watch Johnny Test and wrestling on TV. He also enjoys riding horses.  His favorite subject in school is computer class, and when he grows up he would like to be a police officer. He has some trouble expressing himself and can get frustrated easily. Joseph needs a family that understands his special education needs and will advocate for him in school. He also needs a family that will make sure his mental health needs are met. Joseph needs a stable and committed family that will provide love and support.


Kylashia

Kylashia - 13 years old

Kylashia is a sweet young lady who loves attention and has a beautiful singing voice.  Kylashia has black hair and brown eyes.  Kylashia is currently very interested in art and has expressed that she would love to participate in gymnastics.  She is friendly and talkative.  She loves to eat and really enjoys pizza and hot wings. She enjoys music and joking around with friends. Kylashia needs extra academic and emotional support and a family who will help her overcome the events she endured in her childhood.


Matthew

Matthew - 15 years old

Matthew, also referred to as Matt, was born in the Bahamas. He is an adorable young man who generates warmth with his smile. He has a pecan-tanned complexion with black hair and brown eyes. Matt is friendly and smiles often, though he's not very talkative.  Some of his favorite dishes include shrimp, fish, lobster, corn, string beans, squash and apples. He also likes candy and cookies. Matt enjoys playing video games, basketball and soccer. Matt said he likes dogs that stay inside the house but does not like other animals. He is afraid of spiders. Matt would like to be adopted by a family that consists of a mom and a dad, who live in Gainesville, Florida so that he can be close to his older brother.


Nichole

Nichole - 13 years old

Nichole is an articulate eleven-year-old girl.  She uses her great vocabulary skills to express herself.  She enjoys playing video games and listening to music. Her favorite foods are pizza and macaroni and cheese. She will need someone to work with her patiently and be a positive role model in her life.


Salvatore

Salvatore - 14 years old

Salvatore, or "Sonny," as he likes to be called, hopes to become a firefighter or policeman when he grows up. He's intelligent and loves to play football. Though he's been through a lot, Sonny's eyes show his happiness and innocence.

Sonny's favorite foods are meatloaf and corn, and his favorite color is dark blue. His favorite animals are tigers.

He will do well in a family that has a lot of love and can provide him with structure and a stable environment.


Sharina

Sharina - 11 years old

Sharina has brown eyes and brown hair. She is an outgoing, giving and loving child. She likes to watch TV and especially enjoy cartoons.  She loves attention and having a support system that makes her feel secure.  At times Sharina can be talkative and at others very quiet.  


Timothy

Timothy - 16 years old

Timothy is a young man of average weight and height with hazel/blue eyes and light brown hair. Some of his favorite sports to play and watch on television are football and basketball. Timothy also likes riding his bicycle. Though energetic at times, Timothy can also be quiet and reserved. Timothy desires a family who will help him with the sometimes difficult task of doing his homework and assisting with his educational needs.  Timothy  needs a family  who will take him to any therapy appointment he may have.  Timothy says he sometimes thinks about what the future may hold for him.  Wouldn't you like to be the family who will help make Timothy's future be so bright?


Toni

Toni - 16 years old

Toni is a beautiful brown-hair, brown-eyed teenage girl.  Her favorite foods are pizza, macaroni and cheese, tater tots and chicken fingers.  She enjoys sports like football, soccer, skate boarding and swimming.  Like most teenagers, she also likes playing video games, talking on the phone and shopping.  She describes herself as having a sense of humor.  She states that she can entertain herself for long periods of time on the computer.  Her favorite subjects in school are reading and computer sciences. Toni is ready to belong to a family and looks forward to the chance to learn, grow and love.


Trinaty

Trinaty - 10 years old

Trinaty is an outgoing girl who loves music, singing and Hello Kitty.  She enjoys listening to music on her portable CD player, especially Justin Beiber. Trinaty says she is also a Hannah Montana fan. Her favorite foods include: chicken, fries and Doritos. Trinaty’s favorite color is pink and her favorite television shows are Hannah Montana and iCarly. Trinity would like a family who will be committed and dedicated to helping her be the best that she can be. She deserves a family that will give her love and structure and a family who will understand her needs.


Tylariyah

Tylariyah - 10 years old

Tylariyah is an African American girl with black hair and brown eyes. She likes to be called Ty. She currently loves the Hannah Montana movies. She enjoys reading, coloring and drawing. Her favorite colors are pink, red, purple and blue. She loves to eat hotdogs, hamburgers, mac 'n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. Tylariyah is described as being hyper, talkative, energetic and sweet. Tylariyah sometimes needs redirection, but she is willing to listen. Tylariyah would benefit from a two parent home who is willing to take her to any needed appointments and assist her with any of her educational needs.


Tyneshia

Tyneshia - 15 years old

Tyneshia is a teenage girl with black hair and dark eyes. She enjoys watching television, listening to music and spending time with friends. She is a very funny and affectionate child. She struggles in school but has made improvements. Tyneshia will need a committed family who will set firm, consistent boundaries. Tyneshia will do best in a devoted two parent household with a lot of structure and unconditional love. Tyneshia will need a family who will provide her the support she needs to be successful in school.
