Fight For Your Money
Our financial literacy class allows participants to be immersed in a week-long educational workshop where they learn subjects such as budgeting, banking. saving, credit repair and much more. During our financial literacy class, participants build a portfolio of financial management lesson plans that they can review to create a plan to gain financial stability.
This course is offered several times a year at no cost to attendees. At the end of the course, participants are given a $100 voucher to GRU to go toward their utility bill. For this reason, class size is limited and early registration is encouraged.
