- We are accredited by COA and serve as an innovation site in the state of Florida, with approximately 90 employees across 13 counties and 225 employees at our sub-contracted Case Management Agencies. We are a leader in child welfare, continually offering new approaches to care including solution-based casework, structured decision-making and a unique passion to deliver services to our clients. We touch the lives of children, families and individuals, and help enrich their futures.
- We demonstrate how much we value our employees by promoting from within. Approximately 15% of our employee group have moved into new positions in the past year.
Our training and development programs range from pre-service leading to certification, including supervisory development and a tuition assistance program. We are also currently developing a new initiative to provide self-directed, self-paced developmental opportunities through online training programs.
